3.$50 application processing fee (Can be dropped off at 2724 Stewart Ave, Wausau, WI 54401)

4.Proof of high school diploma/G.E.D./ or H.S.E.D.
 

5. A statement from a Medical Professional, that you are free of communicable diseases, and you can participate in classes safely.
